Peer-to-Peer Mental Health Coaching

Our partner, The #SameHere Global Mental Health Movement, has an Alliance of Personalities from: MLB, NHL, NFL, NBA/WNBA, MLS, Pro Boxing, Pro Volleyball, international sportsmen and women, announcers, actors, performers, and musicians – all of whom share stories of challenging life events that have impacted their mental health to varying degrees, at different points in their lives. PGA TOUR golfers and your families have access to these individuals as peer-to-peer coaches to have a single discussion with, or to work with on an ongoing basis.

Founded by sports executive Eric Kussin

Normalizing Mental Health Conversations

The Founder of this Movement, Eric Kussin, worked in professional sports for 15 years before having his own mental health crash (brought about by his own challenging life events he faced as a child and young adult), and decided the best way to normalize the conversation about mental health in our society was to partner with individuals like these, from the world of sports and entertainment, from ALL types of backgrounds – to show a united front – that everyone on this planet faces challenging life events that impact our mental health.

Personalized & Confidential Coaching

You can click on any of the profiles of these athletes and entertainers below, read about their stories and challenges faced, and contact Eric directly to have him set you up with specific individuals on this alliance*. Or, you can contact Eric first to share a little about your own story and ask who may be the best fit for you or your family member for peer-to-peer discussions and coaching. We understand how this can often be a more comfortable option than working with a mental health professional, at first. All conversations are fully confidential.
