Late afternoon/last night we did the program w the Panthers employees. Tonight is w the fans & some in-arena activation.
Surreal coming back. Approaching even the entry doors to the offices, up the elevator, the corridors I once walked…just nutty flashbacks. Not gonna lie, the last time I was in those spots, I was not in a good place. So…coming back, there were def PTS flashbacks of their own: rooms feeling like they were caving in, not being able to form sentences, mind feeling blank & empty, etc.
But that’s why you get chances in life to rise – & so I’m thankful for all who’ve supported me on this journey, & all those who support others (not if, but) when they go through their struggling times.

Coming full circle is an awesome thing – & perspective is our greatest super power.
Not gonna share much from last night’s talk (other than some stayed from 3pm – 7:30pm to talk in great detail). Former Bruins great & also former Panther, Shawn Thornton who now works for the Panthers Biz Ops shared his own battles. And, it was awesome seeing old friends. Will save more of the highlights for a more thorough recap on yesterday’s & the tonight’s event, in tomorrow’s post.
