FINE = Feelings Inside Not Expressed. That’s not good for us and our own journeys. That’s not good for others when it’s their default answer to being asked how the they’re doing. Feelings were meant to be expressed – whether positive/negative/whatever value you do or do not give them, expressing them outwardly is healthy.
We’ll spend all month discussing apps, tools, and resources so that we can move away from answering the most common question we ever ask ourselves and others, to something other than – “fine.”
