Personal Information
Why we need permission to access your contact’s list?
We need permission to access the contact list to match people from your contacts who are using the #SameHere Scale App. The contact’s list will not be stored with #SameHere. At any point of time you can revoke the permission to access the contact’s list. Revoking or denying the permission to contact’s list will not allow #SameHere to match other people using #SameHere.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit and use our app?
When registering on #SameHere Scale App, you may be asked to enter your name so that you can identify other users to best communicate. You may be asked to enter their cell phone number so that a unique code can be sent to your mobile device to use this app. No other personal information is collected.
Any contacts that you enter the information for, to connect with, or that you connect with through your device’s contact list, will only be used for the purposes of connecting you on the #SameHere Scale App. No personal data of contacts will be stored in any way, shape, or form, on #SameHere (or their partners’) servers.
When do we collect information?
We collect this information from you only when you register on our app.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you, reference above, to:
- To personalize your experience and to allow us to connect you to other users you wish to connect with.
- To improve our app in order to better serve you.How do we protect your information?We do use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.We only provide a tool to connect you with #SameHere Scale users you personally choose.We use regular Malware Scanning.Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep theinformation confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
